This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, an excellent restaurant, and relaxing spa treatments. I fondly remember how staff helped me with sim cards during my first visit. I can't wait to return for Easter!

Lovely relaxing old-fashioned hotel with helpful and top-class staff members in front of member of staff. Brand-new rooms in a different bedroom, and stunning and amazing location. Breakfast with melon and an a la cart option.

The location was excellent and lovely and I could use free parking onsite. The airport was 16 miles away. I got the king room, it was brand-new and beautifully decorated...

The stay was good, especially with the stunning views from the room and the really good dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from, and the atmosphere of the spa area was relaxing. Being close to Killarney National Park.

The hotel was well presented and has good facilities. The staff as very friendly and happy to help with any request. The surrounding area is amazingly beautiful with lots of things to do, especially if you like the outdoors.
The hotel is not sure what style it is trying to achieve, there are distinct differences in decorating throughout the hotel. Also their choice of music is very distracting, at one point annoying my wife.

A spa experience to remember
We indulged in the vitality pool, complete with saunas and hot tubs.
While we enjoyed the amenities, we encountered some confusion regarding afternoon tea reservations, as the policy was not clearly communicated, which left us a bit disappointed.

The staff were excellent, the spa facilities were top class & the food in the hotel restaurant was fabulous.
The hotel bar Molly Darcys was not a pleasant experience. The bar food was very poor, the bar itself is dull, poorly lit & poorly decorated & I would highly recommend that it be avoided if you want to enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Incredible and unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and bars. Very efficient staff, free 24-hour room service, wake up calls and ironing available. Eggs and bacon for breakfast, nice touch.

The historical charm and attention to detail. While the spa amenities could use an upgrade, the friendly staff and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. We can't wait to return!

some of the interior was very nice such as the cocktail bar.
Housekeeping was very late. THe spa is dark and starting to go into disrepair, A double room is actuallu a twin with the beds pushed together and it is very far out from town.
